By accessing or using the Pixel2Lines website (pixel2lines.com) and any associated services, applications, or tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Pixel2Lines, LLC ("Pixel2Lines," "we," "us," or "our").
Pixel2Lines is a cloud-based image processing platform that provides professional graphics processing services, including but not limited to:
Our image processing services are powered by proprietary algorithmic technology. We may expand, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
The Service is provided on an as-available basis. Processing results depend on the quality and characteristics of user-submitted input files and may vary accordingly.

You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to use a single account. Pixel2Lines reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including for suspected unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.

Pixel2Lines operates on a credit-based pricing system. Credits are virtual service units used to access processing services on the platform. Credits are not currency, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.
Credits may be purchased through:
All credits are valid for twenty-four (24) months from the date of issuance. Subscription credits that are unused within a billing cycle roll over to subsequent months but remain subject to the 24-month expiration period.
Prices for credits and subscriptions are displayed on the Pixel2Lines website and are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of pricing changes. All prices are listed exclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), which will be added where required by law.
Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for providing valid and current payment information.

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
Pixel2Lines may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds or credit adjustments in the following limited circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted to legal@pixel2lines.com within thirty (30) days of the transaction in question. Pixel2Lines reserves the right to investigate and determine the validity of any refund request.

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials (collectively, "Pixel2Lines Content"), is owned by or licensed to Pixel2Lines and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
You retain full ownership of all images, files, and other content that you upload to the Service ("User Content"). You also retain full ownership of all processed output files generated by the Service from your User Content.
By uploading User Content, you grant Pixel2Lines a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates automatically upon completion of processing or deletion of your account.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights from you to Pixel2Lines, except for the limited processing license described above. Pixel2Lines does not claim ownership of your User Content or processed output files.
You are solely responsible for all content you upload to or process through the Service. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:
You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Pixel2Lines does not pre-screen User Content but reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Pixel2Lines is not responsible for any User Content and makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, quality, or legality of content uploaded by users.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice or refund.
Pixel2Lines respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on or through the Service in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notification to our designated copyright agent at legal@pixel2lines.com containing the following:
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Pixel2Lines will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who uploaded it. Users may submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was made in error.
Pixel2Lines maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Pixel2Lines may collect and use anonymized, aggregated data derived from usage of the Service. This data does not contain personally identifiable information and cannot be used to identify individual users or their content.
Anonymized data is used solely for the purpose of improving, optimizing, and developing the Service. Individual User Content is never shared with, sold to, or disclosed to third parties, and is not retained by Pixel2Lines beyond the time necessary to deliver the requested processing service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PIXEL2LINES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
PIXEL2LINES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. PIXEL2LINES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT PROCESSING RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS. RESULTS MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE QUALITY, RESOLUTION, AND CHARACTERISTICS OF YOUR INPUT FILES.
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM PIXEL2LINES OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PIXEL2LINES, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF PIXEL2LINES FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PIXEL2LINES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100.00).
THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT PIXEL2LINES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the limitations above shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pixel2Lines, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
Pixel2Lines reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defense and settlement of any claim subject to indemnification by you, at your expense.

These Terms are effective from the date you first access or use the Service and remain in effect until terminated.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at legal@pixel2lines.com or by using the account deletion feature within the Service, if available.
Pixel2Lines may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including but not limited to situations where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination of your account: (a) your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases; (b) any remaining credits in your account are forfeited and cannot be refunded; (c) your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The following sections of these Terms shall survive termination: Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Dispute Resolution, and General Provisions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service ("Dispute") shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). The arbitration shall be conducted remotely or, if required, in the State of Wyoming.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST PIXEL2LINES.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek relief in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction for any individual dispute within that court's jurisdictional limits.

Pixel2Lines reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (to the address associated with your account) or by posting a prominent notice on the Service prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Service.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pixel2Lines regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
No Waiver. The failure of Pixel2Lines to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without the prior written consent of Pixel2Lines. Pixel2Lines may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
