When you purchase a credit pack, you can use those credits across the platform, but premium workflows like Line Graphic Vectorization are priced differently from secondary conversion workflows because the output is more specialized and workflow-specific.
Yes — we offer a credits refund within 3 days of purchase if the results are unusable or not as expected. Please contact support and ask for a credits refund. We will refund credits to your account and we also highly appreciate your feedback. Note that we do not offer a refund for the payment you made; we only offer a credits refund.
